Spaghetti with meatballs

A classic option that the whole family will love! Serve with grated parmesan or chopped herbs.



  1. 400g of minced meat, beef
  2. 1pc of egg
  3. 1 pinch of sea salt
  4. 1 pinch of pepper

Pasta sauce

  1. 400g of chopped tomatoes
  2. 2 large fresh garlic
  3. 1pc of yellow onion
  4. 1tsp of dried oregano
  5. 0.5 tsp of sea salt
  6. 0.5 tsp of pepper
  7. 100ml of water
  8. 400g of spaghetti
  9. 1 handful of fresh basil


  1. Knead together minced meat, eggs and salt / pepper.
  2. Make small meatballs and fry them on medium heat for about 15 minutes until they are cooked through.
  3. Chop the onion and garlic and fry for a few minutes in oil until the onion is transparent.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, spices and water, bring to a boil, turn down the heat. Add the meatballs and let it simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to the instructions on the package. Serve immediately with grated parmesan and fresh herbs.
